The Big Rip Off

Bebop and Rocksteady’s transport module surfaces in front of an energy plant, where they’re immediately attacked by the Turtles. It turns out that the thugs have been raiding every power plant in the city, because the Technodrome has completely run out of energy and is teetering over a lake of lava. Even the lights have gone out.
